At this time we do not offer delivery except for special events/occasions such as Valentines. All orders must be picked up from us in Pearl City (Oahu, Hawaii). Location & directions will be emailed and texted to you after your online order is placed.
I have a special request - can it be full-filled?
Currently not taking any special orders at this time. We hope in the near future we can start taking custom orders again. :)
Will my order look exactly like the photo?
Since flowers are a occur naturally, there can be slight inherent variations in the size & color of the flower due to nature. However we try our best to meticulously pick the best flowers, some natural differences may occur. Seasonal conditions may affect the supply of certain kind of flowers. Specific colors may not always be available. In some cases, substitution may be necessary to fulfill your floral and container requirements. The dimensions given for arrangements are mere approximations. However, you may refer to them as general guideline of the flowers’ sizes.
In certain extreme cases, subject to stock availability, we reserve the right to substitute your order with another item which is of equal or higher value, NEVER LESS. Containers shown may not always be available as well. In these circumstances, alternative containers of similar value and style will be used.
How long will my blooms last?
Forever duh?! As if!! We only use fresh blooms and try to use as much local product as we can when it comes to the tropicals. With that being said we would like to say 5-7 days depending on the delicacy of the flower and how well you take care of them . But if you can follow our simple flower care instructions and put a little love and care into them they may last longer! ohhh yessss! Fresh water on the daily, clean your vases and trim those stems!
How does payment work?
All orders must be prepaid in full. Our online platform supports payment
from most credit card companies (Visa, American Express, Discover, or
MasterCard. Special orders may be payed online with PayPal upon invoice email.
What is your Return Policy?
Since it is a natural product we do not accept any returns. However, in case if a wrong or a defective product has been sent, do let us know at the earliest with a picture on immediate delivery.

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are
in perfect condition. However, in the event that the item may be
damaged during transit or that a wrong item is delivered to you. Don't
